การเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้ มีผลเฉพาะกับลูกค้า Cloud และ Dedicated Server ที่ใช้งานร่วมกับ cPanel เท่านั้น

เมื่อปลายเดือนมิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา cPanel ได้ประกาศขึ้นราคาค่าบริการ และเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างการคิดค่าบริการเป็นขั้นบันไดตามจำนวน domain account (cPanel เรียกรวมว่า account*) ที่ใช้งาน โดยค่าบริการได้เพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างมาก การปรับราคาของ cPanel ครั้งนี้มีผลกระทบต่อผู้ให้และผู้ใช้บริการเว็บโฮสติ้งทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งกับเครื่องที่มีจำนวน account มากกว่า 5 ขึ้นไป และการปรับราคานี้มีผลกับทั้ง license ใหม่ และ license ที่ใช้งานอยู่แล้วด้วย
HostPacific.com จึงจำเป็นต้องปรับโครงสร้างราคาของ cPanel license ให้สอดคล้องกัน ดังนี้
ราคา cPanel ปัจจุบัน
- สำหรับ Cloud: 500 บาท/เดือน ไม่จำกัด account*
- สำหรับ Dedicated Server: 1,500 บาท/เดือน ไม่จำกัด account
ราคา cPanel ใหม่ (เริ่มปรับตั้งแต่ 1 ตุลาคม เป็นต้นไป)
- ไม่เกิน 5 account*: 500 บาท/เดือน
- ไม่เกิน 30 account: 800 บาท/เดือน
- ไม่เกิน 50 account: 1,000 บาท/เดือน
- ไม่เกิน 100 account: 1,500 บาท/เดือน
- ส่วนที่เกิน 100 account: 5 บาท/account/เดือน
*account ในระบบ cPanel หมายถึง บัญชีผู้ดูแลโดเมน ซึ่ง 1 account มีได้ 1 โดเมน + ไม่จำกัด add-on domain + ไม่จำกัดจำนวนอีเมล์
ในกรณีที่ท่านมี account ในระบบไม่เกิน 5 account ท่านจะยังใช้งานได้ในราคาเดิม
ระบบบัญชีจะทำการปรับระดับเป็นราคาตามโครงสร้างราคาใหม่ และเลือกจำนวนให้เพียงพอกับจำนวน account ในระบบของท่าน เราแนะนำให้ท่านลบ account ที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานออกจาก cPanel ของท่านภายใน 30/09/2019 และหลังจากนั้นหากต้องการเปลี่ยนแพ็คเกจ cPanel สามารถทำได้ผ่าน Client Area หรือติดต่อ support
แผนบริการและราคาใหม่ของบัญชีท่าน จะเริ่มในงวดบัญชี 1 ตุลาคม เป็นต้นไป ท่านที่ชำระค่าบริการเข้ามาล่วงหน้าแล้ว (นับถึงวันที่ประกาศนี้) ราคาใหม่จะเริ่มในรอบบัญชีถัดไป ในระหว่างนี้ ระบบจะงดการปรับรอบชำระเงินชั่วคราว จนกว่าจะผ่าน 1 ตุลาคมไปแล้ว
และเพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้กับลูกค้า เรายังมี DirectAdmin Control Panel ที่ให้ความสะดวกในการใช้งานได้เฉกเช่น cPanel และยังไม่จำกัดจำนวน account ให้บริการกับท่านในราคาเพียงเดือนละ 300 บาท/VM (หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์) อย่างไรก็ตาม การเปลี่ยนไปใช้งาน DirectAdmin จำเป็นต้องติดตั้งเครื่องใหม่ และก๊อปปี้ backup จาก cPanel ไปยังเครื่องใหม่เพื่อนำกลับเข้าระบบ DirectAdmin ซึ่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้จะต้องเปลี่ยน IP ของโดเมนและมี downtime ด้วย ดังนั้นโดยสรุป หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนไปใช้ DirectAdmin จะต้อง
- สั่งซื้อ Cloud Server / CloudNode-M ใหม่ และเลือก DirectAdmin เป็น Control Panel
- Backup account ทั้งหมดในระบบ cPanel เครื่องปัจจุบัน
- Copy backup ทั้งหมดไปยังเครื่องใหม่
- ทำการ restore ผ่าน command line ใน DirectAdmin
- แก้ไข DNS ของแต่ละโดเมนมาใช้ IP เครื่องใหม่
เว็บที่ไม่ซับซ้อน ไม่มีการใช้ database การย้ายจะตรงไปตรงมาและไม่มีปัญหา ส่วนเว็บที่มีการใช้งาน database อาจมีข้อจำกัดที่ต้องแก้ไข config/code บางอย่างด้วยตัวท่านเอง เราแนะนำให้อ่านบทความวิธีการย้ายได้จากที่นี่ https://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=58059
ทางเราไม่สามารถให้บริการเรื่องการย้ายข้อมูลนี้ได้ ด้วยเหตุที่ว่า อาจมีความจำเป็นต้องแก้ไขโค้ดส่วนเชื่อมต่อฐานข้อมูล หรืออาจพบเหตุอื่นที่ผู้ดูแลเว็บจะต้องแก้ไขด้วยตนเอง

Summary of change in English below
cPanel has announced a massive price increase at the end of June. This change is causing a major impact to the whole hosting industry that relies heavily on cPanel. The new structure will affect every license, current and new, starting this September.
Regrettably, HostPacific needs to adjust our cPanel license price accordingly below.
Current price:
- For Cloud: 500 THB/month for unlimited “account”*
- For Dedicated Server: 1,500 THB/month for unlimited account
New cPanel price (starting October 1, 2019)
- Up to 5 account*: 500 THB/month
- Up to 30 account: 800 THB/month
- Up to 50 account: 1,000 THB/month
- Up to 100 account: 1,500 THB/month
- Per account over 100 account: 5 THB/account/month
*account: in cPanel, each “account” can have 1 domain+ unlimited add-on domains + unlmited email
So, for a customer with 5 accounts or less, you’ll stay in the same pricing tier.
Our billing system will take a snapshot of the number of your cPanel accounts on September 30, 2019, and change your license tier to the package just enough for your existing accounts at the snapshot time. After that, if you want to move to a higher or lower tier, please let us know. The new price will be reflected in your new invoices starting October. For any invoices already paid up to that date, they won’t be affected until the new invoices will be issued.
To help some customers who need to watch the budget, we can now offer you DirectAdmin, a comparable control panel for system management similar to cPanel. DirectAdmin unlimited will be avilable starting today for the price of 300 THB/month. You can also migrate your web sites to a new Cloud with DirectAdmin by following the instruction here: https://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=58059
Migration steps:
- Order and activate a new Cloud Server / CloudNode-M with DirectAdmin
- Backup all the accounts on your cPanel server
- Copy the backup to your new Cloud server
- Restore them via DirectAdmin system
- Change the DNS of all your domains to point to the new Cloud
There may be some downtime. The migration is not difficult for a simple web site without database connection. But may require some manual edit to your code or config files on more complex web sites. We are sorry we cannot provide this migration service, but we will be providing advice for customers who want to migrate.
Price increase is not something anyone is happy to see, and like every hosting providers in the world who use cPanel for their customers, this change is inevitable. We hope for your understandings.
